- Redesigned Settings: reorganised menu, tidier reminder and prompt options, and a new visuals section with a live preview
- New sliders that are smoother to drag, with suggested minimum and maximum values for reminder intervals

- The "Coherence" preset is now called "Just Breathe (Coherence)"
